Carolyn Key Frazier, 91 of Decatur AL, entered into rest on April 7, 2026. Visitation will be on Tuesday April 14, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home. The Celebration Of Life service will begin at 12:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home with Tim Sutton and Gary Patton officiating. She will be laid to rest at Burningtree Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Frazier is survived by her daughter, Debra Sheats; brother, Larry Key (Mary); four grandchildren, Doyle Sheats (Brooklynn), Amy Tatman (Chris), Derek Sheats, Timothy Hall; five beautiful great-grandchildren, Ansley Sheats, Camden Sheats, Lillian Tatman, Parker Tatman, and Briggston Sheats.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Doyle "Scooter" Frazier; daughters, Sandra Hall and Tammy Casteele; brother, Jerry Key; Son-in-law, Ralph Sheats; and her parents, Maborn and Helen Key.
During Carolyn's Working years she worked in Both the fabric and floral industries where her eye for style and design were key components in her success. Mrs. Frazier loved all things beautiful including fashion, florals, and interior designs. Over the years she took great pride in her flower gardens and lawn landscaping making sure they stayed in pristine condition. She is a valued member of Somerville Road Church of Christ where she has faithfully attended services for the past 51 years. She will be remembered by her faith, devotion to family, impeccable sense of style, and her gentle leadership.
Pallbearers will be Doyle Sheats, Derek Sheats, Timothy Hall, Allen Blaxton, Tim Taylor, and Laron Pressnell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials be may be made to Russell Hill Cancer Foundation.
