We are thankful for the privilege of knowing Dr. Baggett. He blessed our lives as young people and we are encouraged to read of others who were touched by his life, also. May you know how"Precious in the eyes of the Lord is the death of his saints" as you've said your earthly good-bye to your dear father/grandfather. We send our love and prayers.

Dr. Baggett was a dear and precious friend of our family. My dad, Rev. Barney Brumbeloe, was saved under his ministry. He preached my Dad's funeral in February 2000. So many fond memories of spending time with him. The world has lost a great man. I know he is rejoicing in heaven with his lovely wife and my parents.

My deepest heart felt condolences to his family. Not to be cliché but there will never be another like him. I was fortunate to visit Dr. Baggett on Tuesday April 18th during a recent business trip. Oh what a blessing. First of all he dedicated me over 60 years ago at Davis Creek Nazarene. How many 60 year olds can say they got to visit with the pastor that did that? He was quick to point out all of the photos and artwork that decorated his walls. I wanted to pray with him early on but he beat me to the punch and prayed for me first which is what he always did, put others first. As our visit went on he got blessed and which blessed me. I ended up singing the song Thank You for Giving to the Lord. Well he continued to get blessed and I was able to get a few pictures of him and me. I did get my prayer in before I left but once again he closed in prayer for me. The last time I heard him speak I noticed all the pastors in attendance on the front rows and it looked like a father bird feeding its hatchlings their first meal. God bless you all and I am as so many others are Christians a result of Gods saving Grace, Jesus's shed blood and Pastor Baggett's ministry.
