The visitation will be today, March 21, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Monday, March 22, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Hooper officiating. The burial service will immediately follow afterwards at the Decatur City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Randall D. Carter was born in Hartselle on June 11, 1955, to Thelma and Stanley Carter. He is preceded in death by his father; his wife, Anne Lile Carter; and two sisters, Jo Ann Carter and Pansy Carter Webster.
Survivors include his sons, Zere and Tyler Carter, his mother, Thelma Carter; his brother, Conley Carter; four grandchildren, Caden and Cohen Carter and Madelyn and Kaleb Carter; three nephews; five great-nephews; one niece and two great-nieces.
