Decatur, AL
Dolly Alene Briscoe passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the age of 84. She was born to Tommy Raymond and Lena Speegle. Mrs. Briscoe was a member of First Baptist Church of Decatur, AL. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Amuil Booth Briscoe, brothers, Dewey Speegle and Bobby Speegle, sisters, Sara Willodean Sharp and Barbara Faye St. John.
Mrs. Briscoe is survived by her son, Mike Briscoe (Gina) of Decatur, AL, three sisters, Helen Cox of Orlando, FL, Rilla Lott of Decatur, AL and Edna Henson of Decatur, AL, two granddaughters, Elle and Olivia Briscoe.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 1:00pm at Roselawn Cemetery with Rev. Larry Hyche officiating. A time of gathering with the family will be Saturday from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Roselawn Funeral Home.
