Frances A. Crow, 81, of Decatur, died on Friday, January 4, 2013, at Parkway Hospital. Funeral service will be today at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. with Earl Holt officiating and Roselawn Funeral Home directing. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. She was a member of South Chapel Hill Baptist Church. She made ragged Ann and Andy dolls. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Arthur; daughter, Ann Crow; and her brother, Donnie Arthur.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Horace Crow Jr.; her son, Horace Gene Crow (Robin) all of Decatur; her daughters, Kathy Ledlow (Dallan) of Lexington, AL, Liz Hames, Teena Crow, and Darlene Morrison (Patrick), all of Decatur; sister-in-law, Sharon Arthur, Decatur; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Chris Watson, Jason Watson, Travis Garcia, Jonathan Long, Jeremy Arthur, and James Roberts. Honorary pallbearers will be friends and neighbors.
Memorial gifts to be made to South Chapel Hill Baptist Church.
