Thanks for all the fun childhood memories of playing in your pool and hearing your stories! You definitely had a fascinating life that will not soon be forgotten! Love you, Aunt Mary, Frankie and Marchetta!

Uncle Dude was never anything but loving, understanding and gracious to me.  He took care of my family - my mother and three brothers.  He not only gave us food and shelter but refuge and protection because he loved us and knew the need.  Uncle Dude let me work in the "bottle room" and paid me with coin, candy and cold-cuts for my family, slipping in a beef steak every now and then too.  He took me fishing, hunting, and gave me a place to live for a long year.  Uncle Dude was, in more ways than I appreciated back then, a father to me. I love him and thank God for all he did for me and my family.  And especially for the fun, laughter, and unpredictability that was Uncle Dude. The stories I could tell!  I will miss him always.  

I salute and honor you sailor. Thank you for you service and love of country.
