She was preceded in death by her husband, Freemon L. Norwood; parents, George and Fannie Blackmon; brothers, Coy Blackmon, Grady Blackmon, T.L. Blackmon, Franklin Blackmon and sister, Clara Roberts.
Survivors include her daughter, Lynda French (Buddy); grandson, Christopher Todd French of L.A.; two sisters, Rachel Howland and Polly Bolling.
A Graveside service will be Friday, July 14, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Roselawn Cemetery with Rev. Sandra Locke-Godbey officiating and Roselawn Funeral Home directing.
