Mr. Etheridge is preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as camping, Nascar and Auburn football.
Mr. Etheridge is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marie Etheridge; sons, Kenny (Tina) Etheridge and Anthony (Penny) Etheridge; grandchildren, Nikki Mims, Kristi Etheridge and Kody Etheridge; three great-grandchildren, Sawyer Mims, Kolt Etheridge and Ava Mims; three sisters, two brothers and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, November 1, 2015 at 2:00pm at Roselawn Funeral Home with Bro. Rickey Hughes officiating.
A gathering of friends will be on Sunday from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be Kody Etheridge, Jerry Ingle, Ricky Oliver, Robert Mims, Cory Culver and Ricky Carwile.
