Graveside service for Ray Reece, 71, of Decatur will be today, May 26, 2012, at 4 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery with Chris Pressnell officiating and Roselawn Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Reece, who died Thursday, May 24, 2012, at Decatur General Hospital, was born October 15, 1940, in Nashville, Tenn., to B.R. and Marie Reece. He was retired from Monsanto. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Lowell Reece.
Survivors include one son, Tom Reece (Karen) of Madison and one daughter Terri McKellar of Birmingham; one brother, Brent Reece (Carren) of Rockwall, Texas; one sister, Elizabeth Chunn of Decatur; two grandchildren, Jackson and Shelby Reece of Madison; and several nieces and nephews.
