Martha Jane Bradford

Jane Bradford, 83, of Decatur, died March 14, 2014. She was well known throughout the community for her support of the Sixth Avenue Church of God. She graduated from Anderson College (now Anderson University), Anderson, Indiana in 1952, and lived in Anderson for many years, working as an artist and as a travel agent. Although she returned to Decatur in the 1970's to care for her mother, Tassie Bradford, she maintained a lifelong connection with both the college and the city of Anderson. Jane will be remembered for her love of travel, art, and music - particularly her joy when playing the organ. Her family and friends will miss her indomitable spirit, unwavering faith, and tall tales.
