Melba Pendleton, 73, passed away April 23, 2015. Melba was a wonderful loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She retired from the Decatur City School system and served faithfully at Somerville Baptist Church.
Melba was born to Howard and Lucille Robbins of Tuscumbia, AL. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Pendleton; children, Vance Summers, Melanie Summers, and Melissa Summers; and two grandchildren, Trey Summers and Jackson Clarke, also by her sister, Peggy McCarley.
Visitation will be held on April 25, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home. Funeral will be on April 26, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Roselawn.
