Funeral service for Nancy B. Daniels, 67, of Decatur will be Sunday, July 15, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with the Reverend Hank Smith officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 5 to 9 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Daniels, who died Thursday, July 12, 2012, at Huntsville Hospital, was born November 22, 1944, in Sweetwater, Tennessee, to Calvin and Remel Barnette. She was a member of Decatur Baptist Church. She worked for 20-plus years at Monsanto and Whitaker Corp. retiring in 1986. She loved decorating and working as a volunteer at CCC. Her parents preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Dennis Daniels; one son, Brenn Tallent (Nikki); one daughter, Dina Manly (Phillip); one brother, C.C. Barnette; and three grandchildren, Mackenzie Tallent, Jaxson Tallent and Maggie Manly.
Pallbearers will be Ralph Terry, Henry Chambers, James Steenson, Ron King, Tony Miller and Jim Chambers.
