Born on January 26, 1948, in Long Beach, California, Nikki lived a life rich with love and laughter that touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
As a devoted mother to Michael (Paris) Uszenski; Autumn (Jeffrey) Adler; and Darcie Cobos, Nikki poured her heart into raising her children with unwavering support and affection. Her legacy continues through her ten amazing grandsons who brought immense joy to her life. Each of them carries forward the warmth of their grandmother’s spirit—a testament to the deep bonds she nurtured within her family.
Nikki was not only dedicated to her family but also had an extraordinary passion for animals. She found great fulfillment volunteering alongside her therapy dog Diamond at local hospitals, colleges and senior centers. Together they brought comfort and smiles to those in need—an embodiment of Nikki's generous heart.
