Funeral for Oralee Williams Meador, 92, of Priceville will be Saturday, December 29, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with Brother Charles Maples officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Ky. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Meador, who died Monday, December 24, 2012, in Somerville, was born April 8, 1920, in Pikeville, Ky., to Edward F. Williams and Florence Vanover Williams. Mrs. Meador was a member of First Christian Church, Decatur, and Meals on Wheels, and a Senior Center volunteer in Louisville, Ky. Her husband, Clarence Noel Meador, preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Patricia (Dwight) Stutz of Centerville, Ohio, and Rebecca (Jerry) Baker of Somerville; six grandchildren, Steven Kennedy of Ashland, Ky., Christopher Kennedy of Hamilton, Ohio, Scott Kennedy of Trenton, Ohio, Jeremy Baker of Hartselle, Jennifer Morris of Decatur and Jesse Baker of Somerville; and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or any Hospice of your choice.
