A visitation for Mrs. Eubanks will be held Friday, August 1, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral, followed by a celebration of life from 2:00 PM. She will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Eubanks is survived by her children, Steven Walter Eubanks (Chellis), Richard Lynn Eubanks (Sharon), Evelyn Eubanks Hubbard (Eddie), and Mary Ellen Eubanks Westbrook (Danny); 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great - great grandchildren, 1 brother and 3 sisters.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, Walter Eubanks; parents, Lloyd and Effie Sue Birdwell; 1 granddaughter, 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Mrs. Eubanks loved the Lord and her family. She enjoyed cooking for friends and family; everyone loved her biscuits and gravy. She would do anything she could to help the people she loved. Mrs. Eubanks will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
