Sweet Peggy Ann Blackwood McCaig of Priceville, AL, passed away on January 25, 2019. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12 Noon until 2 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home. Celebration of Life service will be Wednesday at 2 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Kelley Officiating. Mrs. McCaig will be laid to rest at Athens City Cemetery. Peggy is survived by her husband, Harold C. McCaig, sister, Judy Mason and her husband Dwight, Nephews, Mark Mason and his wife Catrina and Brian Mason and his wife Jennifer. Three great-nephews Luke Mason, Brandon Mason and Josh Mason. Three great nieces, Bobbie Anne Mason, Hollee Mason and Emily Mason. She is preceded in death by her parents Wilburn and Josie Blackwood, sister, Bobby Ann Blackwood. Peggy finished at Austin High School. She retired from management. Pallbearers include: Dwight Mason, Mark Mason, Brain Mason, Luke Mason, Brandon Mason, Josh Mason, Gary Chambers and Jim Standridge. Memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
