Peggy Russell Rudolph, of Decatur, passed on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the age of 79. Visitation will be held at Wesley Methodist Church on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 1:00 pm. She will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery.
