Phillip B. Williams of Decatur, AL passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016 at the age of 63. Phil is survived by his wife, Dianna Williams; two sons, Joseph and James Williams; one daughter, Susanna Cabello; two brothers, Richard and Robbie Stevenson and Nine grandchildren.
