Bob took great pride of his time as a Paratrooper and Parachute Rigger in the Army. He was a hardworking man who started and operated his own business, All State Siding, for over 30 years. He was an outgoing person who loved to be the center of attention. One of his favorite activities was attending his class reunions for Andrew Jackson High School in Jacksonville, FL.
Bob is preceded in death by his mother, De’Ada King; father, Sion King; brother, Joseph ‘Joe’ King; ex-wife, Dorothy King; son, Robert ‘Bobby’ King, Jr., and daughter, Robin McCord.
He is survived by his sister, Janie Phillips; son, Mark King; daughter, Linda Corbet, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery and the family requests no service be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
