The best memory I have of Shirley is when we worked together as credit union examiners. When she was undergoing cancer treatments I made arrangements to pick her up so she could ride with me. We are in the car driving alone, and I realize I had the seat warmers on. Shirley says, yes I was getting hot but didn't want to say anything because I thought I was sick lol. She was always a class act and the sweetest person ever. Bob was her constant companion. Rest well my friend. Bob always remember her smile.

So sorry to hear of Shirley's passing. She was a wonderful lady who tolerated our invasion into her home. Prayers for her and for her family.

I'm very sorry to hear of Shirley's passing. I always recall how patient she was with us when we overtook her house every weekend and ate you out of house and home.

My thoughts are with you all during this time. And a special hug to Bill, because I still miss seeing you.

I will miss Shirley very much, and I want to express my condolences to Bud and Bill and all of her family. I am sure that you are missing her and feeling lost right now. She was such a good natured, funny, and brave person. Shirley added a lot to this world, just by being herself. That is a rare and wonderful trait.

I know that there isn't any magic thing that I can say to comfort you right now, but please know that I am thinking of you, and that we are all missing one of our very best cousins. My guess is that she is looking down on you all with love.
