The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 455 Hunter Ave, West Islip, NY 11795, on October 3, 2025, from 10:30 am to 11:15 am.
Entombment will follow at St. Charles / Resurrection Cemeteries, 2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735, on October 3, 2025, from 11:45 am to 12:15 pm.
