Donohue, Brian formerly of N Babylon, NY on March 7, 2013, after a courageous battle with melanoma. Beloved son of the late Ellen and James Donohue of N Babylon, NY. Loving brother of Rosemary Koehler of Babylon, NY, Doreen Rigney of N Babylon, NY, James Donohue of Glastonbury, CT and Ellen Weiss of Deer Park, NY. Fond brother-in-law of Dave Koehler, Maureen Donohue and Brett Weiss. Adored uncle of Michael and Daniel Koehler, Shannon and Timothy Rigney, Tara and Kyle Weiss and Connor and Kelly Donohue. Beloved nephew, cousin and friend to many. Brian was born in Brooklyn, grew up in N Babylon, NY, and served for 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard. He then retired to Gulfport, Florida. He moved to Deer Park this past year where he resided with his sister Ellen and family. Brian will be missed and remembered for his fighting spirit and sense of humor. We take comfort in knowing he is at peace in heaven with his parents and his loved ones who have passed including his late dog Wrecks, who adored Brian.
