Loving husband of Cathy and devoted Daddy of Leeann. A wonderful son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, co-worker and friend. You will be forever in our hearts. May you rest in peace.

To the living, I am gone. To the sorrowful, I will never return. To the angry, I was cheated, but to the happy, I am at peace and to the faithful, I have never left. I cannot be seen, but I can be heard. So as you stand, upon a shore, gazing at a beautiful sea – remember me. As you look in awe at a mighty forest and its grand majesty - remember me. As you look upon a flower and admire its simplicity – remember me. Remember me in your heart, your thoughts, your memories of the times we loved, the times we cried, the times we fought, the times we laughed. For if you always think of me, I will never be gone.

I was fortunate to work on several deals with Dennis over the years. He was well liked and well respected by colleagues and clients alike. His good nature and ability to keep perspective on what was important made him a pleasure to be around. I could tell how much he loved and treasured his family. My deepest condolences to the LaMotte family. May you find comfort in your wonderful memories.

I only knew Dennis for a short period of time at BofA, but I will never forget his kind, down to earth nature that was his own. Dennis will be sorely missed. My condolences go out to his family and friends.

I only worked with Dennis for a short period of time. He just joined our BofA team a little over a year ago. He was always very kind and greeted you with a smile. Never said anything bad or complained. He spoke so fondly of his wife and daughter, you could tell how proud he was of her.
I can't imagine the pain but my heart and love go out to his wife and family.
Deepest condolences.

I first met Dennis when he joined our group in the Bronx as a junior banker. Over the years I had the pleasure to watch him develop into a fine banker and one that was respected and appreciated by clients and coworkers. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was enjoyable to spend time with. As I got to know him better I learned that he had a strong love for his family and often talked about them. Dennis my friend, you will be missed but I and others will always remember you.

My team and I were blessed to have worked with Dennis as his client with JP Morgan Chase. He was always joyful and a pleasure to work with.
May his memories always provide comfort to his beloved family.

Dennis was one of the funniest people I met at J.P. Morgan - he truly made work fun and was well liked by everyone. I have so many fond memories of him and how he’d make us all laugh. You could never get mad at him - that’s the type of guy he was. My prayers are with Dennis’ family.

I had the good fortune of getting to know Dennis as a client of his in his time with JPMorgan. Dennis was a good business man and an even better person. He always had a wonderful disposition and energy about him and a memorable laugh.

Dennis and his family will be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult and sad time.

So sorry to the LaMotte family on the loss of Dennis. I had the pleasure of working with him at JPMorgan - we sat in the same cubicle row in Melville for a couple of years. It was always fun to talk sports with Dennis and share a laugh on a daily basis. My thoughts and prayers to family at this time.

I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Dennis for many years. It was a pleasure. Also enjoyed many rounds of golf and had some great times breaking bread. He could make anyone smile and feel at ease.

It was a blessing for anyone that was lucky enough to have crossed paths with him.

I am truly sorry for your loss. Dennis will be missed by all who had the privilege to have known him.

Dennis was a banker at JPMorgan while I was an analyst. He was deeply loved and always brought a smile to our faces. I had the pleasure of working for Dennis and learned so much from him. He was never too busy for the analysts and made work fun. He will be missed.
