Virginia (Ginny) Phillips, age 62, of North Babylon, New York passed away on Monday, August 28, 2023. Beloved daughter of the late Virginia and Edward. Loving sister of Debra (Ilyas), Nancy (Jose), Glen (Lily), Trina, Robin, Elizabeth (Dave), Edward (Patti), Kim, Bonnie (Mike), Ed, Antoinette, Doreen (Arthur), Joseph (Kathy), John and Maureen.
