Hard to believe it's been almost a year.  The spot where you used to park is still vacant and I still expect to see you when I walk in the office.  Thank you for everything you taught me.  I picture you and Roxanne hanging out and sharing lunch.  You are missed.

I just recently heard that Jimmy passed and am so saddened to hear of his loss.  In my teenage years, I was boarding my horse, Gwynedd Valley, at Rice Farms.  When I used to ride in Laurel Hollow previously, I remember this is where Sharon was pony carting with her son.  I believe this is around the time Sharon and Jimmy met.  To this day, I often thought about how fortunate Sharon and Jimmy were to have met and how much Jimmy adored Sharon!  I also remember when my horse was having a little attitude problem at a horseshow in CT, Jimmy suggested he get up on her and teach her a good lesson and he did!  I always looked up to Jimmy.  As young as I was, I always knew he was a good soul, wise and kind through and through. I send my sympathies to all of the family and friends.  Joyce Scinta

Jimmy and I were contemporaries when I rode for Rice Farms in the sixties. He was a sweet and talented young man back then. A true example of good sportsmanship and a super horseman. I learned so very much from him -- and I will remember fondly our horseless horse shows. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Jim will be sorely missed.  He was one of the few true horsemen that I ever met.  My condolences to his family.

Never to be forgotten! You were a great man jimbo! In the 16+ years ive worked for you, you always treated us great as well as being a friend to us! We never got to go to the casinos together like we said but im sure youll save me a seat at the table your at!  Rest in peace!

I find this to be most fitting as he was so loved by his wife, sons, grandchildren, family & friends.  He will be missed by all & hope his next adventure continues to include his love of horses.
