With his parents, Jett is survived by his grandparents - Cathy and Richard Velte, Jane Simpson, and John and Diana Tully; and his aunt and uncles - John and Kristen Tully, Chris and Jenny Tully, Rick Velte, Katherine Velte and Robert Velte.
Family and friends will gather at the Boyd-Caratozzolo Funeral Home on Friday, December 11th, from 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 p.m. A Service of Personal Words from family and friends will take place on Friday evening at 8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be offered on Saturday morning at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. Following the service, interment will take place at 12:00 Noon at St. James Episcopal Church Cemetery in St. James.
