Juan "Flaco" Manuel Rivera, age 83, of Bay Shore, New York passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022. Flaco was born March 14, 1939.

A visitation for Flaco will be held Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at Claude R. Boyd-Caratozzolo Funeral Home, 1785 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, New York 11729. A mass of christian burial will occur Friday, September 16, 2022 at 9:45 AM at St. Patrick R.C. Church, 9 Clinton Avenue, Bay Shore, New York 11706. Interment to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, 111 Old Country Road, Westbury, NY 11590.
