Kathleen F. Jacobi

Kathleen Jacobi was welcomed into heaven on August 31, 2025 at the age of 96 1/2. She was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry and daughter, Jeryl Ann. She leaves behind her family who loved her so - her daughters Patty Jacobi and Kathleen Ohanian, son Joseph Jacobi, son-in-law Chris Ohanian, and cherished grandchildren Kallie and Cole Ohanian.

She was the most faith filled woman who put God before all things and was devoted to her family. Every night she prayed for family and friends especially those needing a little extra at the time. She would look over the photos as well as prayer cards in her room each night and pray to those who went to heaven before her. We find comfort in her lessons and example of being so strong in her faith. Every Sunday the Masses from all over the world played on her TV from Catholic Health Network, and most evenings as well. She was a genuinely kind and caring person - the real deal. Her path to heaven was direct - We feel certain Jesus met her along with her husband, daughter, and parents to bring her home to eternal life.
