Max Grabow

Max Grabow, age 91, of Bay Shore, New York passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. Max was born November 12, 1929. Proud Merchant Marine and spent his free time building model ships and cheering on the New York Mets.

Max is survived by his loving wife, Hilde, of sixty-three years.. Beloved father to John (Donna), Edward (the late Carol), Steven (Christine), Kenneth (Mary) and Mark (Jeanette). Cherished Pop Pop to his twelve grandchildren, Ryan, Sommer (John), Stephanie (Emedio), Sara (Matthew), Brigette (Geoff), Lynne, Lance, Michael, Johnny, Matthew, Jaime and Brooke and devoted Pop Pop to his great-grandchildren, Sabrina, Damian, Aurora, Zaya, Giuliana, Emmaleine, Zachary, Lilliana, Charlotte and Kenneth.

Visitation will be held at Boyd-Caratozzolo Funeral Home, 1785 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park, NY11729 on Monday August 16, 2021 from 2:00-4:30 PM and 7:00-9:30 PM. Church Service will be 12:00 PM on Tuesday August 17, 2021 at Ascension Lutheran Church, 33 Bay Shore Rd, Deer Park, NY 11729.

Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
