I just learned of Mike's passing and I an so sad.  My thoughts and prayers for his wife and family.  We lost one of the good guys.  I knew Mike from the Real Estate Development business, he was a true pro and a great man.  What a loss.

Dear Reta and family I was very sorry to hear that Mike had passed. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
I remember working a builder show for Maytag in Texas when someone came up behind me and said "hello ugly", it was Mike.
As I turned around my face lit up with a great big smile. We hugged each other in almost a waltz which Mike turned into a lindy hop and I followed like a real fool.
We talked about our old times at Magic Chef which were truly fond memories I shall never forget.

Dear Reta and Family, I am so sorry to hear of Mike's passing, I was in shock when I found out on Tuesday. He was a great man, we had alot of laughs together. He was a great friend, it has to be close to 30 years since I met him when he and Vinny purchased Jay's Payless Appliance next door to me, and in more recent years after I closed my business he kept trying to get me to work at PC Richard with him, he was a real true friend. He is going to be missed by many, especially me. You and your family are in my prayers, may Mike rest in peace.
