A visitation for Thomas will be held Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM & 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at Claude R. Boyd-Caratozzolo Funeral Home, 1785 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, New York 11729. Closing prayers will occur Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM, followed by interment at Pinelawn Memorial Park and Garden Mausoleums, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, New York 11739. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Thomas's memory to the "Tunnel to Towers Foundation" T2T.org .
