One of my favorite memories of Amy was working one of those week long overnight shifts. Everyone was tired and ready to go home after working so many nights.

Amy knew how to bring a smile out of all our faces even in our worn out state. She climbed up on one of the display beds got under the covers and shouted "I'm going to sleep!" And pretended to snore...until I had to nudge her awake when she actually did went to sleep.

We had a good run, pulling pranks on unsuspecting coworkers and sharing laughs over crazy customers. 

I'm going to miss you, Amy.

     I try to tell people how amazing I thought you were. I tell them  about the time I laid a 100 foot burnout in front of the Genoa Police Department in your idiot boyfriend’s car, only to have the police arrest you. Or the time you defied all laws of gravity and physics by parking dads riding lawn mower up the side of an oak tree and leave it there. Or whenever I needed someone to make me laugh. You were truly an  amazing sister and I miss you.

My sister Amy, is gone too soon. My brother Mike , his wife Gail, my wife Sue and I, could not have lived without worry about our mother Joan  living so many miles away without Amy and her loving life partner John‘s constant companionship. Amy was my Mother’s confidant, health care giver and best friend. She touched so many lives and those lives have lost a little piece of their heart. She will be remembered for being strong, and an independent lady where family always came first. She was truly loved and will be deeply missed. Rest in peace, Amy Jo. 

Amy ,the sister-in-law  I didn’t get to spend enough time with. I will miss your texts and the big hug and smile you always had for me. Watching you bury the kids in the sand at the beach .Always fun and laughter when we down.  Love ya

Amy Jo, what a pleasure it was to be your friend over these 35+ yrs. We’ve partied, laughed a lot, cried together and through it all, we’ve respected and loved each other. You have  great smile, infectious laugh & a somewhat weird sense of humor that can only be Amy Jo, which are the things I will miss most of all. You loved your family, your fiancée, John, and your friends, and your passing has left a big hole in all our hearts. I know our friends & your family in heaven,  will look out for you and keep you near & dear until we can we meet you there. My deepest & sincere sympathy to your family, especially your Mom, Joan! 

Will always remember the laughs she brought to the associates and myself. She had a wonderful gift of sarcasm which made us smile. 
I will always treasure the toy car she bought me for giving her two weekends in a row off she said I was building up To getting a Mercedes.
