Carol Flynn Ferrari

Carol Flynn Ferrari, of Deerfield Beach, FL, formerly of Denver, CO and Prospect Park, PA, had her loving husband by her side when she was carried away by angels on February 16, 2016. She will be dearly missed by her beloved husband of 30 years, David Ferrari; her sister, Patricia Gemma (John); her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Legato (Gerard) and Judith Smith (Wendell); and a loving extended family. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Matthew and Marian Flynn. Carol was the lead emergency physician recruiter for The Broward Health System up until her unexpected death. Carol’s heart was in the Rocky Mountain West, where she and her husband traveled frequently. Carol loved animals and had an Irish Setter named Mr. O’Shea for many years, followed by a succession of many rescued and adopted cats. She will be greatly missed by her cats, Tiger, Allie, Jackson, Rory and Angelo. Carol’s effervescent personality touched everyone she met. Funeral Mass will be Sat, Feb 20 at 9:30am at St Ambrose Catholic Church, Deerfield Beach. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Broward Humane Society.
