Fred McRae Lougee, 85, of West Palm Beach, FL, passed away on September 24, 2015. He is survived by his loving family and many dear friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 29, 2015 from 6pm to 8pm at Kraeer Becker Funeral Home, 217 E Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441. Mr. Lougee will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife, Jane, in Fairview Cemetery in West Hartford, CT on Friday, October 2, 2015.
