It was always great to see George and family at our family parties and gatherings as I was growing up. We missed him and Vivian when they moved to Florida some years back. The last time that we had seen each other was at a happy occasion for our family, my sister Lisa's wedding. I remember George as always being in good spirits and very friendly to all. It was always a pleasure to catch up with him and his wife at these family events and George is missed by all of us.
I want to take this time to send our condolences from the Esposito family to Vivian, Christina, James and their families, and to all the Tonna family. We will continue to pray for you and we believe that God's Blessings will continue to be bestowed upon George and the entire family.

With Love in Christ Jesus' Holy Name,

Charles and the Esposito family, Elizabeth, Maria, Hillary and George.

Cousin George was a wonderful cousin. He was always eager to increase his knowledge of matters of interest. Unfortunately, the years seemed to create a distance from visiting with him and his wonderful wife. We remember the close bond that was ever present, especially in younger days. We used to visit him when we went to his home in Corona, Queens, New York. He had the true love and kindness that he learned from his parents. Although he has passed from our sight, fond memories and love will never be erased. We are very regretful that we did not visit him and his wife when we moved to Florida. We wish we could turn back the hands of time. This is impossible because it is just too late. A lesson learned is not to delay bringing love to those we hold dear. You will be missed by us and all the people who were fortunate to meet and know you.
We are sending you unending love. May God welcome you with open arms. Until we meet again. God Bless You. Rest in peace my dear cousin.
Love and sadness from cousins Diana and Norma

Dear James and family,
Let me convey my great sympathy and condolences to you on these difficult days especially at this time of the year. Losing a parent creates a big vacuum in your life and I hope that time will help you come to term with it and give it a nice place in your heart... find peace and joy when remembering your father.
I will be thinking of you particularly today when the ceremony will take place and keep you and your family, in particular your mum, in my prayers .
Warmest regards,

Valerie

I was very sadenned to hear about George. He was the best neighbor ever living in Copiague NY. He was always ready to help a neighbor. He was always in great spirits. He laughed with us. I kidded with him calling him "Georgie Ole Boy" We had great times together while bringing up our children. He'll be greatly missed. Rest in peace George. Vivian, my thoughts and prayers will always be with you and your family. ❤🙏 Linda

Very sad news. My prayers and thoughts go out to the whole family. I grew up next to George, Vivian, Tina and Jimmy.

George was always great to me and my brothers and a great friend to my parents, a great neighbor, always laughing with us... As well he was yes a great dad. They drove him crazy at times lol (love u Jimmy and Tina) but he lead a great family... Always missed him

When i think of George or look at his pic like I just did, it hits home as they say because I always considered George and his family, family.

Condolences

My dad was a caring and loving person and guided me to the person I am today. He was always so excited to see the laughter of his grandchildren. He was a devoted husband, dad and grandfather and will always be missed. Rest In Peace. Love, Tina, Steve, Corinne and Alyssa

A loving father and role model whose work ethic and ability to get along with all types of people was the greatest influence on me. I am forever grateful to have been able to spend time with him while in my life. Rest in peace, Dad.
