

Patricia A. O’Neil, 79, of Deerfield Beach, Florida, passed away on July 30, 2026. Affectionately known as “Aunt Pat” to her friends and family, she was born in Binghamton, New York, to William J. and Mary (Kooch) O’Neil.
Patricia was devoted to her family and is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Howard Noland; her very special nieces, Katherine (Greg) Jones and Elizabeth (Sean) Burrow; and her nephew, Thomas (Samantha) Noland, all of Deerfield Beach, Florida. She is also survived by her cherished great-nieces, Emmie Sue Giovingo, Ellie and Sophia Ricci, Emery Burrow, Brooklyn Jones, and Ryleigh Jones; and her beloved great-nephews, Gavin Ricci, Hudson Jones, Thomas Noland III, Luke Noland, and Finley Burrow.
She is further survived by her lifelong friends, Patricia and John Raite of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Beverly and George Hoch of Binghamton, New York.
Patricia was a graduate of Binghamton North High School and Cascadilla Preparatory School in Ithaca, New York. She began her career with New York Telephone in Binghamton and later retired after 31 years of service as a manager with AT&T in Syracuse, New York. After retiring to Florida, she became a well-known and respected realtor in Century Village East.
Patricia lived a full and joyful life, traveling throughout the United States and Europe. She often said, “The greatest part of my life was being so close to my family.”
The Visitation will be held at Kraeer-Becker Funeral Home in Deerfield Beach on Friday, August 14, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. A Mass will be held on Saturday, August 15, at 9:30 AM at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, followed by burial at Deerfield Beach Memorial Cemetery.
