I was so sad to hear that you are gone, Stan. You were a good friend, who could always make me laugh, let alone smile. You rose above the pettiness in life, and made people feel good - a rare gift. Hope you are resting peacefully, my friend.

I was a soccer teammate of Stan.  He was so funny.  Have nothing but great memories of him.  RIP.

Stan was not only my friend for over 26 years but he was my client I was Stan's Hairdresser he followed me to every shop I worked at. My favorite memory was when I FINALLY got to cut his famous tail off.I was so honored I was the chosen one.He was my client and also my postman and delivered my mail to my house. You will be missed but always loved as my client and also Stan Stan the mailman .Rest in peace my friend.

At our house, he was known as "Stan the man".  We will miss him more as a friend than a mailman.

We are so shocked to hear of Stan's passing. He was more than our mailman,
he was a great friend. Words can't express how sad we are-he was definitely
family to us and was always doing little things that were so above and beyond
the norm. He always gave of himself whether it was to share a story or just
make sure he stopped to say hi or say something funny to make us smile.
I can't believe we won't see him again, what a tragic loss to all of us in the
community who were blessed to have his presence in our daily lives. RIP

What a shame! I have such fond memories of Stan in high school and as a teammate on the Soccer Team. A funny funny individual, and a blast to be around. So sorry to hear of his passing. My heart goes out to his family.

Oh my dear friend Stan! We fell out of touch these last few years, but he often came into my thoughts. Had such a wonderful time visiting him in Florida a few years back. Such a big part of my high school memories, and one of my dearest friends! He called me a while back that he was in NY to visit, but are schedules did not allow us to meet. A bowling conflict on his side, a family obligation on mine; so sad & disappointing now. No one ever made me laugh as deeply or smile as broadly as he made me. I will miss you in this world my goofy friend. Make them laugh now on the other side of Glory...& don't tease my sister Connie too much! My truest condolences to the entire family. I am sad to hear this news about Stan, as a phys.ed. teacher and coach at Newfield, I came to like Stan as an athlete in soccer and a good student. He always had a smile and was in good humor all the time.  RIP Wolverine, Tony Perna

My deepest condolences to Stanley's family and friends. We were classmates and graduated high school together. He was very sweet and kind from what I remember. May he rest in peace. Very sorry to hear of his passing.

I met Stan in Jr High we played soccer together for 4 years he was our team captain and a friend to everyone I haven't seen him maybe 30 years but still talk to my team about one of the hardest working players I ever had the honor to stand beside on the pitch RIP Stan and my God Bless your family during this difficult time.

I have not seen Stanley since we graduated HS.  I remember Stanley as was one of the nicest people I encountered in HS.  He was friends with everyone. I am sorry to hear of his passing.  May he rest in peace.
