Vincenza is survived by her daughter, Mary Frances Mantione, of Deerfield Beach, Florida; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and cousins in Europe and The United States. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Ignazio and Anna; sisters, Anna, Carmela and Santa; brother, Guiseppi; her dear niece, Rosalie; nephews, Ignazio and Guiseppi; and husband, Charles Mantione.

Vincenza was born on July 6, 1933 in Sicily, to parents, Ignazio and Anna Speciale. She was educated Italy. In 1960, she moved to Pittston, PA. Vincenza was a great family woman and a loving mother. She married Charles Mantione on February 25 and the couple had 1 child together.

Vincenza was an energetic, social, active woman who was deeply involved in cooking, eating and spending time with family/friends for the majority of her life. She loved going to church and volunteering with her parish. Her family and friends will always remember her as the most energetic, loving, passionate and spunky woman that she was. She loved feeding everyone- especially bread, pizza and cookies, and anything Italian that she would make.

Remembering Aunt Vinnie and Uncle Charlie. All the wonderful vacations we had in Florida. The highlight was always dinner with Aunt Vinnie (and Uncle Charlie). She took so much pride in the food she made and everything was so delicious. Aunt Vinnie rest in peace and tell Uncle Charlie that we said hello:) Sending love from your family in Buffalo. Dear Mary,
Our deepest condolences, we are so sorry for your loss. We know there is nothing we can say at this time to take your pain away, but we are here for you if you need anything at all. Your parents were blessed to have such an amazing daughter, and they knew that. So don't you ever forget it. You are in our thoughts and prayers, now and always. Love you.

Dear Chinzi,
You were one of a kind and the cutest little human I’ve ever had the honor of knowing. No one knew how to host a gathering or throw together a feast as you did. I remember seeing your dining room table when I walked in your front door on the first of many holidays we spent together. I thought the ”appetizers” were the entire meal. Little did I know! Thank you for welcoming me into your home on so many occasions and treating me like family. Thank you for always taking the time to sit and talk with me, and for sharing so many stories about your life. I will cherish those memories forever. I have missed seeing you over the last few years, and I will continue to miss you always. Love you. Rest in peace, sweet soul. Xoxo
