Alexis Angel Roman Rodarte

Alex will truly be missed. He was one of the best human beings we’ve ever known, and we’re so lucky and blessed to be his family. Not only was he an amazing son, but he was also an amazing brother, uncle, and friend. His unwavering kindness was limitless—he always tried his best to stay positive and had a sweet smile on his face that was so contagious.

We are so proud of all he accomplished in life. He always made the most out of every day. He worked so hard on getting his associate’s degree, never giving up, because that was the kind of person he was: a fighter until the end. He always dreamed of buying his own home and adopting a puppy—check and check, he got them, and he loved his dog, Skye! Sadly, Alex was taken too soon. We’ll always remember him and hold him in our hearts until the day we meet again.

He leaves behind his devoted parents, Maria and Filimon; his loving sisters, Samantha and Pamela Ibarra; his brothers Julio and Jaime Roman and his adored nieces and nephews, Mia Wood, Aaron Garcia, Camila Garcia, and Landon Wood.

Visitation will be held at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home At Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115, US, on May 31, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will be held at St. James the Greater Catholic Church, 4201 S McKinley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73109, US, on June 1, 2026, at 11:00 am.

Alexis Ángel Román Rodarte hijo de María Elena Rodarte y Filimón Román Valdez, nació el 9 de diciembre de 1993 en Montclair, California.

Extrañaremos profundamente a Alex. Fue uno de los mejores seres humanos que hemos conocido, y nos sentimos muy afortunados y bendecidos de ser su familia. No solo fue un hijo increíble, sino también un hermano, tío y amigo maravilloso. Su inmensa bondad no tenía límites: siempre hacía todo lo posible por mantenerse positivo y tenía una dulce sonrisa en su rostro que era muy contagiosa.

Estamos muy orgullosos de todo lo que logró en la vida. Siempre aprovechaba al máximo cada día. Trabajó muy duro para obtener su título técnico, sin rendirse nunca, porque así era él: un luchador hasta el final. Siempre soñó con comprar su propia casa y adoptar un cachorro: dicho y hecho, lo logró, ¡y amaba a su perrita Skye! Lamentablemente, Alex nos fue arrebatado demasiado pronto. Siempre lo recordaremos y lo llevaremos en el corazón hasta el día en que nos volvamos a encontrar.
