Alvie L. Brown

Alvie L. Brown was born August 30, 1924 in Minco, Oklahoma, to Floyd A. and Annie J. (Mitchmum) Brown. He served in the US Army during WWII. He died July 29, 2011 in Oklahoma City. Alvie was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, A. Levoy Brown. Survivors include his daughter, Myrna Sanders; sons, Daryl and Andy Brown; brother A. Leon Brown; grandchildren: James Sanders and wife, Karen; Darin Sanders and wife, Faith; and Shannon, Lindsey and LeAndra Brown; great grandchildren: Julieanne, Morgan and Megan Sanders; Michael and Ayla Ballard and Johnny and Jordan Nelson.

His funeral service will be at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at the Sunny Lane Chapel with interment following at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
