April enjoyed water skiing, singing, and vacations to Cancun. She worked along the side of her father in their family business, State Beauty Supply. She was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
April was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Oran L. “Mike” Berry, Jr. Survivors include her loving husband, Dwayne; daughter, Alyssa Chaney; step-children, Holly Brown (Scott), Lonnie Lancaster (Jessica), Josh-Lee Lancaster (Kat); step-grandchildren, Ryan and Dylan Brown, Jonathan and Taylor Lancaster; brother, Brett Berry (Sharon); her sweet little Pom, Bandit, and family cat, Who.
