Barbara Lee Burgos (Burgos) Kilgore

Barbara married William “Bill” Kilgore on April 24, 1954 and shared 47 years together before his passing in 2000. She enjoyed spending time with her family, singing, cooking, listening to audio books, garage sales, thrift stores and her church family.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Eugene Kilgore; and son, William Edward Kilgore. Survivors include her children, Sandra Kilgore, Rebecca Tidmore (Terry), Kenneth Kilgore (Candy); daughter in law, Marian Kilgore; grandchildren, Scott Erik Ellis (Jennifer), Evelyn Marie Coffey (David), Daryl Ryan-William Ellis (Icy Renee), Tanya Marie Kilgore, Cassandra Lee Kilgore, Cody Ahron Kilgore (Holly), Stephen Ray Tidmore, Daniel Ryan Tidmore (Bekah Loren), Katherine June Kilgore, Hannah Kae Tidmore; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; siblings, Nancy Krussell (Bill), and Beverly Alice Burgos-Groh.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel. A second service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at the William Sullivan and Son Funeral Home in Utica, MI.
