Angie & Annette,
I would like to tell you how much your mom meant to me and how much I will miss her. She was my first American friend when I first arrived in the States.  We shared many memories, as mothers, with our kids and experiences, as friends, in our adventures.  She tried to teach me to drive, enjoyed going out dancing with her on Friday nights, getting with her, Jim, and James on our visits to Oklahoma from Texas.  We raised our children together, lived very close together for many years, and shared the experience of divorce together. Through all of these things, I can say that your mom was the truest friend of all and that I loved her very much.

Annette and Angie........ OK we all know that if it were not for your family we kids would have never gotten to go house to house begging for candy s your Mom and my Dad put it!  It was the efforts of your Dad and my Mom that we got to go trick or treating!  I remember the 4th of July every year sitting on the back of the tail gate and watching as fireworks were lite for all of us kids and our Moms sat in chairs and drinking their DIET drinks!  Love you guys and as we "kids" reach this stage of life where our parents go before us may we be a support for each other.

Dear Annette and Angie, I find it rather hard to explain how much I loved your mother.  She was such a special person.  I could not compete with her intellectually, but she always made me feel equal to her.  I believe that this is a God given talent to always make a person feel important in your life.  God truly blessed me when He  gave me your mom as a friend.  Here is a funny story about our different faiths.  We were talking one day about their was a cake receipe in the Bible.  Well that was the first I ever heard that so she and I decided we would just get our two bibles and figure out the receipe using our own bibles.  Well we did and we decided to bake it. It didnt sound like it would taste bad,.  Needless to say we only baked one time.  I still have the receipe written down if you ever want to try for yourself.  ha ha
Jay wanted me to share with you girls how very much he loved your mom and how they would visit and flirt over the computer.

Annette And Angie, God certainly blessed our whole family when he gave all of your family to us.  Nancy & Jay

Annette and Angie, I guess it was a good thing I pulled Rebel's tail or our families might have never met. I have great memories of your mom, drinking TAB and playing Yahtzee, while putting up with us playing frisbee in the front yard and badminton in the back yard. Great memories, fun times and a Great Lady.

Dear Angie and Annette, I will always remember your Mom fondly! I remember growing up and coming for summer visits and how she loved her Tab Soda. I remember how she made my Mom brave by encouraging her to do more and be more.  She always loved having her hair done and looking pretty.  She was a great lady and is and will be missed. Love you Auntie Barbara.

Dear Mom.  Enjoy your new stage in the rest of your life.  I miss you, but will meet you again some time in the future.  Until then, have a ball but stay out of trouble. ;)  LOVE YOU!

Mom, I enjoyed our last few weeks together even though they were difficult times.  I am glad to have been able to help you. I love you and will miss you.
