Berniece Modell Bailey 90, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away May 3, 2012. She was born July 7, 1921 in Walnut Tree, AR to William Thomas McInturf and Lela Emma (Barker) McInturf. Berniece married Basil Bailey in 1940. They lived in Ashland, OK until 1961 when they moved to Oklahoma City, OK. She worked at Macklanburg-Duncan for 20 years.
Berniece is survived by 2 sons, Richard Bailey and Dean Bailey both of Oklahoma City; a daughter, Kathy Rowley and husband Gordon of Winfield, KS ; son-in-law Robert Cole; and daughter-in-law Pat Bailey; 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Elizabeth Grogan and Sally Grogan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Basil; daughter Sharon Cole; son Don Bailey; sister, Fay Cosgrove and her parents.
