Yes, Cat in the Hat was great. Many favorites to that end...BUT...The Marvelous Catch of Old Hannibal was and still is, my all time favorite book. I just found out that she passed away while looking for her contact info. I just read her book to my kindergarten class this week....she has written to me before. I'm greatly saddened by her loss....I'll keep her memory alive every year. Such a wonderful and talented individual. I loved her truly.
