Betty June Blackwell, 69, of Del City, OK, passed away March 18, 2013. She was born February 4, 1944, in Oklahoma City. She worked for Southwestern Bell for 10 years before injuring her back. When she recovered from that, she got into child care and opened her own daycare, Little Sooners Daycare. She is survived by her son, Chuck Blackwell and her mother and brother, June McGlathery and Bill McGlathery, all from Del City. Service will be held Friday, March 22, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., at the Del City Church of Christ, with interment at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
