Betty Ella (Hood) Morganstern of Midwest City, Oklahoma earned her wings on April 29, 2010. Betty was born to William and Elizabeth Rogers on November 19, 1923 in Oklahoma City and was a graduate of McLoud High School. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Max R. Morganstern.
Mom is dearly beloved and missed by her children; Warren Weslyon Hood Jr. of San Leandro, CA., Sandra Jeanne Shular of Houston, TX., Deborah Lynne Bailey-Glenn of Austin, TX., Pamella Anne Mobley of Midwest City, OK., Jacqueline Edna Land of Midwest City, OK., and Myrna Jo Clapp of Del City, OK.
Betty leaves a legacy of 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She loved skating and singing and we know she is doing the “Hokey-Pokey” in Heaven’s Rink. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 2, 2010 at Sunny Lane Chapel burial will follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
