Billy was born on September 29, 1933 in Murfreesboro, TN to Frank and Willie Mae (George) Manus.
He served in the U.S. Air Force for over twenty years. He loved bowling, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Preceded in death by his parents; children, Linda Kennedy, and Richard Manus. Survivors include his sons, Delray Manus,
Donald Manus, Cary Manus, Steven Manus, and Arthur Manus; sister, Elizabeth Coop; ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren
and a host of nieces and nephews. Military honors will present.
