He was a corporal in the Army Air Force and served in the Berlin Air Lift at Frankfort, Germany. His special love, besides his family, was trucking; both driving his own rig and for other companies. Billy attended Capitol Hill Assembly of God Church for many years. He loved being a Christian with many friends and was very blessed. But I always said, “You have to be a friend to have a friend.” What else can I say but “Love ya much babe and I’ll see ya later.”
Billy is survived by his wife Nell of the home and sons; Ron and wife Elvonda, Windall and wife Gayle, along with 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and one brother. Bill is preceded in death by his only daughter, Rhonda, his parents, four brothers, one sister and numerous other family members.
Billy Joe’s graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at Sunnylane Cemetery. Condolences may be offered at www.eisenhourfuneral.com
