He loved fishing, bowling, swimming, and listening to music on his I-pod. He considered himself to be a ladies man.
Brian previously attended school in the Mid-Del and Moore School Systems. He recently graduated from Quincy Senior High School in Illinois.
Brian is survived by his mother Debbie Milan and husband Peter, father Richard Andrews and wife Peggy, brother Christopher Andrews, stepsisters Angela Sivigliano, Tara Brooks and husband Brian, and Emily Fagan and husband Mike. He is also survived by his grandfather Robbie Robinson and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Betty and Tom Andrews and Mary Sue Robinson and uncle Donnie Andrews.
